It is mainly composed of six AC-AC frequency conversion main cabinets, one excitation cabinet, one SIMADYN D control cabinet, one relay cabinet, and three absorption cabinets. Among them, the SIMADYN D control cabinet completes functions such as full-digital field-oriented vector control, current control, speed control, pulse triggering, operation protection, fault diagnosis, and display alarm.
Control principle:
By coordinate transformation, the stator current of the motor is decomposed into the excitation current component that generates magnetic flux and the torque current component that generates torque. These two components are made perpendicular and independent of each other, and then adjusted separately to achieve accurate control of the motor torque, ensuring the stable operation and rolling accuracy of the precision rolling mill.
Functional features:
The finishing mill control cabinet has multiple functions. For example, it can monitor the operating parameters of the system in real time, including current, voltage, speed, etc., and automatically adjust according to preset values. Meanwhile, it is equipped with fault diagnosis and alarm functions. When an abnormality occurs in the system, it can quickly locate the fault point and issue an alarm, facilitating maintenance personnel to handle it in a timely manner.
