The turbid circulating water lift pump is a specialized pump equipment used in industrial circulating water systems (especially in industries such as iron and steel, metallurgy, chemical engineering, and electric power) to transport and lift “turbid circulating water” containing suspended solids and impurities. Its core function is to realize the cyclic recovery, filtration treatment, or discharge of turbid circulating water, and it is a key component ensuring the continuous operation of production processes and the efficient utilization of water resources.
Application scenarios:
Metallurgical industry: It is used to transport rolling mill cooling wastewater, continuous casting machine cooling water, and blast furnace gas washing water.
Chemical industry: Transport reaction kettle cooling wastewater (containing a small amount of catalyst particles and organic impurities), and turbid water after acid-base neutralization.
Electric power industry: It is used for lifting ash and slag wastewater (containing fly ash) in thermal power plants and desulfurization system wastewater (containing gypsum particles).
