1. Composition of the production line
Hot rolled rebar production line is mainly composed of heating furnace, roughing mill, medium mill, finishing mill, water cooling device, cooling bed, cold shear, automatic packaging machine and unloading table and other equipment. 2. Main equipment features
(1) Heating furnace:

3. Production process flow
(1) Steel billet preparation: Select qualified continuous casting small billets as raw materials, with side lengths generally ranging from 130-160mm, lengths generally between 6-12m, and a single weight of 1.5-3 tons.
(2) Heating: Send the qualified steel billets into the heating furnace for heating, and the heating temperature should be controlled within a certain range to ensure the smooth progress of the rolling process.
(3) Rolling: The heated steel billet is continuously rolled through the roughing mill, the medium mill and the finishing mill, gradually transforming into the required diameter of rebar.
(4) Cooling: The rolled threaded steel is sent to a water cooling device for rapid cooling to improve its hardness and strength.
(5) Shearing and packaging: The cooled threaded steel is cut into the required length by cold cutting, and then packaged by an automatic packaging machine.
